forget about the so called kings of thrash i.e metallica, megadeth, slayer and anthrax, annihilator have lived in their shadow and deserve more recognition than any of them and this album proves it, unlike all the big four who havent relesed a good album in probably ten or more years annihilator keep getting stronger faster heavier and just more amazing!! and jeff waters is the most underrated guitar player/songwriter on this planet!! this album is a solid follow up to the self titled album jaw dropping solos, face melting riffs and the rest is equally as good! plus the extra disc of old classics re-worked with the new line-up is fantastic!! only one thing about this album im unsure about is a ballad!?!?! anyway annihilator fans buy this album with the extra disc you will not regret it!!! keep on thrashing jeff and annihilator!!!

You note you are unsure about Jeff Waters doing a ballad...Annihilator are well known for their ballads! Some of their best tracks have been ballads! 'Phoenix rising', 'In the blood', 'it's you', 'only be lonely', the list goes on. I recommend listening to these - they've got about 15 fantastic ballads.

Hmmm. Not sure i totally agree. Anthraxs worship music is a damn good solid album, but as for the rest you're probably right. I think the real kings of thrash are exodus and testament, but hey thats my opinion. I love jeff and yeah he is THE most underrated metal guitarist of all time. Think i'll buy this feast cd. Thanks.

As fantastic as the 'main' album is the Re-Kill bonus disc is fantastic, there are a few tracks I would have liked to see on it such as Ligiea and Phantasmagoria but to hear some of the stuff off Set The World On Fire delivered with a bit more clout is well worth paying for,I loved Brain Dance anyway but the new version is much better!

I can't decide wether to get this album or the new one by Death Angel. Can someone please tell me which is the best album, it would really be helpfull since I'm short on cash and I can't decide, I love both of these thrash groups.
