At last a diet that works. The instructions are easy to follow and explanation of portion sizes are common sense and easy to understand. The recipes are simple to follow and delicious.
The book opens with an explanation of how it was developed and how and why it works. This is a bit long winded for me but interesting if you need convincing. Good reference section for the problems you may encounter while you diet. It is well written and good value for money.
All I can say finally is it has worked for me and does not feel like a diet. I have lost 10 Kilos in a couple of months and now loosing approx. a kilo a week.
