This book tells us what we all know, diets rarely work long-term. This is about changing your lifestyle, way of thinking and relationship with food but in my opinion it's still a diet as one of the important aspects is cutting out sugar. Most of the book is inspirational but if you struggle with visualisation like I do you may be missing out on an important aspect of the plan.
I believe Gabriel did lose weight this way and it's obvious that he is a determined and methodical man. If you feel you can be as determined and give great attention to detail then this eating plan could really get results.

Nell's points are very valid, in my opionion. It is clear that Jon Gabriel has lots masses of weight, kept it off and helped and even inspired a number of people throughout the world to do the same. However, as Nell says, it is still a diet. Not only cutting out sugar but flour as well! After reading the book, I watched one of his videos where he prepared a pizza. For the base, he made an omelette, yes folks, a 4 egg omelette! Consequently, I believe that the words: 'diet free' are misleading. If one were not on a diet and fancied a pizza, wouldn't one go for one with a pizza dough base?!
