Really bad service,
This review is from: AMOS 7 / 6 Way 1.5A 1500mA max. AC to DC Universal Universally Multi Voltage 3V / 4.5V / 6V / 7.5V / 9V / 12V Plug in Mains AC Power Adapter Adaptor Power Supply Replacement (Black)
I bought their product with the promise that it is a universal adaptor. once I got it i set it the the right voltage and settings and I plugged it into my keyboard. It first didnt turn on and then it turned on. Then my keyboard suddenly went haywire and it switched off. It fried my keyboard and I have been using various universal adaptors for years on this keyboard and nothing like this has ever happened and my keyboard was perfectly fine in a good condition.
I naturally complained and told them the problem and what has happened they wanted me to return the adaptor so they can replace it when their adaptor broke my keyboard.
I told them that they are liable for the damage their product caused and they replied that they cant be reliable because they had no idea what the adaptor will be used for when its a universal adaptor. The whole point of a "universal adaptor" is so you can use as a power source for anything that has the same voltage and settings. I replied and told them the current laws and they have simply ignored me and they havent replied since. I hope this helps you

I'm not sure who 'they' are and which 'current laws' you 'told' them but I can't help but think you're unlikely to be taken terribly seriously over this you know...
