This review is from: Why Love Matters: How Affection Shapes a Baby's Brain (Paperback)
'Why Love Matters' is a book that I return to again and again. It speaks in the most human, loving and down to earth way about child development. Without being too floaty, it gives the science behind the mechanics of relationships and love...something so simple, but obviously lacking in so many children's lives. I have read this book twice and look forward to reading it again! As a child dramatherapist, it has influenced the way I work greatly.
