Cooking with Coconut Flour: The UK point of view.,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Cooking with Coconut Flour: A Delicious Low-Carb, Gluten-Free Alternative to Wheat (Paperback)
The book explains very well how to use Coconut flour and it is not hard to use the American measures. From the UK point of view the portions are large and large dish sizes are used such as 9 inch. I have had good results scaling down the recipes once you understand the principles involved using Coconut Flour.
The main problem in the UK is obtaining Coconut Flour.

Hi Howard - I'm also in the UK and based upon your review, buying the book. Tiana coconut flour is also available from Goodness Direct - www.goodnessdirect.co.uk - and at a lower price than on the Tiana webste. I use a lot of coconut oil, coconut milk and creamed coconut already, so I'm really looking forward to trying coconut flour in these recipes!

I have discovered Tiana coconut flour is now stocked in several health food stores in London, England. So it is freely available for your own independent health food store to order in for you, should you prefer to buy on the high street.
