Not a good buy unless you want a doorstop,
This review is from: Gaelic Dictionary: Gaelic-English, English-Gaelic (Paperback)
Another reincarnation of MacLennan's 1925 (!!!) dictionary...
As with the other (the purple one) at first sight this, as the others, appeal because they are both English-Gaelic and Gaelic-English but it is unreliable and outdated to the extreme. The meanings are often wrong, the spelling strange by most people's standards and the pronunciation guide only helpful if you know how to pronounce the word already anyway. And if etymology appeals, then just buy MacBain or some such.
