This review is from: The French Kitchen: A Cookbook (Hardcover)
Currently my favourite cookbook- and I read a lot of cookbooks. This book is beautiful -every photograph a delight, and the recipes mainly simple classics, but enticing none-the-less. Have just made the blueberry tart recipe- and no hadn't the patience to wait until it was cool to eat it- but delicious warm, with bursting blueberries which melt in the mouth. As the previous reviews have said- even if you don't enjoy cooking you will enjoy this gorgeous book. Even better than Chocolat- and Vianne's spiced up hot choc recipe is included - think it might be about time for a cup!
