Check the speed when your item arrives,
This review is from: Kingston Technology DataTraveler 101 Generation 2 16GB USB Flash Drive - Black (Personal Computers)
I bought one of these a few weeks ago, and was very happy with it - good read and write speeds - about 20 minutes to fill the whole 16GB. So I ordered another, and it was s l o w. Took over an hour to write 16Gb. I ran the h2test2 speed test, and it confirmed that this was writing at a fraction of the previous device. Amazon were very good and replaced it immediately (and refunded my postage) but the replacement was just as bad - almost identical write speeds to the faulty one. Amazon have taken it back and refunded my money - I now need a memory stick from a reliable source, which is a shame as the first one was brilliant.
So download the speed test and check your devices when they arrive.

What write speeds did you get on the faulty one? Mines just taken 3mins to copy 800mb, i was expecting much faster. My Seq 23.42 Read and 4.268 Write. 4k is 5.8 read and 0.089 write. The write is alot slower then the pic of the CrystalDiskMark test on the pictures. Might return, not sure?

Test with h2testw, a free programme designed to test REAL capacity of your flash drive. It could be to your benefit to google "fake flash drives" for more info.

I have bought several memory sticks from Gizzmo Heaven, including one of these Kingstons. Every time I have received a genuine item, tested with h2testw and in the case of the Kingston, verified online and confirmed genuine. Reading various reviews (especially Gadget Express!) there seems to be a good few fakes filtering in. All my drives have been received in genuine sealed packaging. I hope this helps.
