Great Book with simple techniques to dip in and out of when needed,

I have always been a bit sceptical of these kind of 'self help' books and kind of thought life is too short to spend a long time reading page after page of someone telling me to think positive. As I then sliced a 5 iron 30 yards out of bounds.
But I was pleasantly surprised with this book. You do a questionnaire and it highlights which of 7 areas you should start concentrating on when playing golf. There are then one or two simple techniques to help you improve your mental outlook when playing golf, depending on which area you are targeting. Then when these become more engrained you can move onto the other areas. So it allows you to dip in and out when needed and does not overload you, which is really good.
As with all these type of books they are not going to enable you to do anything on the course you can't do on the range, But it has definitely helped me make the most of what I have and can do after one read, and I look forwards to implementing other areas as I go on.
