Great introduction with loads of useful information and explanations as to how the regime can benefit peoples lives in different ways.Excellent info on ingredients, followed up at the back with lists of suppliers and useful addresses. The recipes are written in clear concise instructions with the ingredients listed in order of use and both in metric and imperial.I would have liked more pictures, but I appreciate this would have cost implications. Most of the ingredients are available in supermarkets and the rest from health food stores or the suppliers listed. There is quite a lot to take in when making the changes to such a way of eating, but the book is very helpful with this and as they suggest the key is to do it gradually. A very useful book, now I have got to buy the first book for the breakfast recipes....!
