Another Morrissey masterpiece!,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Autobiography (Paperback)
The day is Sunday and the hour is noon, the clock strikes it's twelve times and I run to the door with boyish glee in my eyes, the 'postie' hands me a small brown package and whizzes away in his crimson carriage.
I return to the living room and stare intently at the package "Could it be?", It Is!, I scramble through the cardboard to reveal a young looking blue Morrissey emblazoning this book, titled only "Autobiography", the ARROGANCE!, no man or woman alive or dead could achieve this, most people have to be dead a long time before reaching his level of fame and infamy.
I run through the pages at bolt's pace, lapping up every insult, digesting every moan and regarding every qualm, reaching the end of the piece I realise, I know nothing more and yet so much less about the miserable mystery man from Manchester.
The price is outstanding and the quality is superb, only God can judge him now, but I judge his book as a fantastic run-through of the most talked about Manchester based pockstar in the world, be it describing Judge John Weeks as a 'pile of sandwiches' or meandering through the streets of 1960's Salford, Morrissey will keep you enticed and enthralled until the bitter end, you should and will love this book!
