When I ordered this it was largely because it's vegetarian. I wanted some refreshingly new recipes, not being a heavy meat eater. The best thing about it is that it has plenty of colourful, glossy photos. No point in any cook book that doesn't show you how things are supposed to look! Plenty of varied, tasty-looking recipes. I have to try bombay potatoes! Since Indian cooking relies heavily on fresh herbs and spices as opposed to mixed ones, I will be making allowances for the fact that I personally cannot run to that. However, recipes are always adaptable.
Clearly laid out and nicely presented and in a hardback of decent proportions. Very nice book.
