Since I'm a 66 year old retired person who hasn't done any real exercise for about 4 years I was a bit unsure about trying this, despite the recommendations that there is a beginners routine included. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised to find that I can follow Karl's level - even though it leaves me puffed and hot - without feeling totally stupid and unfit. Simone's level is totally impossible as far as I'm concerned but I can see myself coping well with the beginner's instructions and getting a bit faster and better at them over time. I do Warm up, Total Body, one other routine and cool down 5 days a week as suggested - about 1/2 an hour in all.. It has had an effect on my toning and weight already I think so I would thoroughly recommend this for virtually any level of fitness. The trainers have a very nice way with them too!
My only reservation is that, although they keep telling you to keep your core tight there isn't any guidance about what this means - luckily I have done some Pilates a long time ago and so know how to this. If you don't, watch your back for some of the exercises!
