Big fan, however...,
This review is from: Is It Just Me? (Hardcover)
I LOVE Miranda and this was a really funny and warm read. I think almost everyone can identify with her, the title says it all.
But I don't love that Amazon won't pay their fair share of UK taxes.

It's obviously not just me that thinks that way about Amazon, then!

D. Phillips says:
As long as you are complying with UK Tax laws good luck to you, Amazon. If not presumably you will be sued by HMRC.

I suppose there's little point in explaining that the total tax contribution by Amazon overwhelms the potential addition of corporation tax, generally regarded by industry as hobbling growth. If you really wanted to generate a bigger tax take, go for the exploiters:- Dyson, Primark, Matalan. Everything they sell is made with cheap labour abroad, robbing UK of jobs....and tax.
