Well after playing world of warcraft for over 3 years and having a lot of fun and spending a lot of time on the game, and owning 2 accounts, one for me and my son I am absolutely disgusted at Blizzard. Having spent over £600 on subscription charges alone (over 3+ years), I have had both accounts hacked on the same day and as such Blizzard has banned both accounts permanently with no hope of retrieval. If you go to Blizzard site to try and resolve the issue, they have made it almost impossible to contact a customer support representative as you need the original CD key and the answer to your account security question (They don't ask you the security question, they expect you to know it already) and after 3 years i don't know what my question was. I was thinking of buying a new warcraft account but have decided against it as it is far too easy now days to get your account stolen and yet more time and money wasted. I hope other would-be players take heed of this and leave the game and the corruption where it belongs

This is your own fault for not keeping your computer up to date with virus checks and anti-spyware. "Hackers" can only obtain this information if you TYPE IT IN while infected. Perhaps consider buying the game with the authenticator tool, so you are guaranteed a safe playing experience.
