Simple but tasty recipes for your family,
This review is from: Apples for Jam: Recipes for Life (Hardcover)
This cookbook has a number of really easy recipes which I'm likely to make for a quick dinner, as well as some desserts which look fabulous but which are actually really easy. There are also a few interesting recipe ideas that I haven't seen before, and some basic baking recipes for stuff like crumpets. If you want to cook simple, wholesome food for you and your family, this is a good cookbook to buy; however it may not be particularly suitable for anyone who wants more complicated recipes. I like the unique way in which the book separates recipes by colour (there's an index so it's still easy to find the recipe you want), and I enjoyed the artistic photos and the author's childhood memories which relate to specific recipes.
