Best of Class,
This review is from: Sony Car cassette adaptor (Electronics)
After using similar products before, I was very sceptical. However, after being failed miserably by the Belkin FM transmitter, I felt that I had nothing to lose.
It's brilliant. Does exactly what you want it to do, without any annoying issues like cassette noise, background hiss, poor sound quality or poor built quality.
You get near CD quality sound coming from your car speakers, obviously depending on the quality of your source in the first place. This is compared to the below radio quality sound with the FM transmitter.
My most low-tech purchase for a long time but the most satisfying to date after all that unexpected frustrations with the Belkin transmitter. If you need something to connect your portable music player to your car stereo, this is it.
One of the few times when the low-tech solution is the way forward.
Heave a big sigh of relieve and look no further.
If it sounds like it's being "underwater", press on your tape reverse button and presto, you should get beautiful sound. It's just the way these adapter works and it applies to all brands/makes.

Hello - is this compatible with Ipod's?

Yep, just plug the mini jack into the headphone socket. For best sound use a fairly high volume setting on your Ipod and then adjust the car system to the desired volume.

It doesn't say anything about the new I Pod Shuffle, does it work with those as well?
