But I never got it understandable it was from the usa but I feel a bit tricked out of my money just warning buyers that want this

Hi Geoff, I've never had a problem with American resellers and all of those listed here have 95% plus positive feedback which bodes well. I ordered my Mask/Dumber Blu-ray from 'Fulfilment Express' which was a very safe bet as it is fulfilled by Amazon, so Amazon will respond to any problems very quickly and usefully for me the Blu-Ray arrived within 24 hours as I subscribe to Amazon Prime (otherwise it would be a couple of days by 1st class post). However if you order from American resellers delivery is quoted as 7 to 23 days. After 23 days you should have raised the issue with the reseller - and checked your local post office, I've often lost items where the postie didn't put a card through the door and the item was waiting in the local post office distribution centre for collection, and the PO will return them to sender after holding it a few weeks. Your package should have gone through the letter box though being a small Blu-ray case. In future try contacting the reseller first and they should send a replacement or refund (and tell you when they dispatched it).

You were covered by the Amazon.co.uk A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee so Amazon would have refunded you in the unlikely event the reseller won't help you, but unfortunately the cut-off for claims is 90 days after ordering and it looks like you've missed that. For future reference see 'problem with delivery' under Amazon help, i.e.:

"Problem With A Delivery: Sellers are responsible for communicating with you and for correcting any problems that might arise with lost deliveries, damaged items or other mishaps. The good news is, if you don't receive an item ordered on Amazon Marketplace, you may be eligible for protection under the Amazon.co.uk A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee" (your order would be eligible and you can file a claim up to 90 days after the order).

To file an A-to-z Guarantee Claim:
1. Go to Your Orders.
2. Locate your order in the list and click File/View Claim (only available with orders from resellers).
3. Enter the required information and click Report problem.

You are limited to 50 lifetime "Amazon.co.uk A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee" claims though, so it's best to sort it out with the reseller first (Amazon and the resellers might still be sympathetic to your problem though, so it would be worth emailing them). I've used US resellers like 'all your music', 'RAREWAVES USA' and 'moviemars-usa' many times and had no problems and I tend to pay a few pence more for those with the 95% plus satisfied feedback and thousands of ratings, particularly if the item costs a lot of money.
