World mythologies woven together,

This review is from: Legacy of the Abandoned One (The Glass Apple Book 4) (Kindle Edition)
This is the fourth book in the Glass Apple series and takes the reader through time and across worlds. We find our characters from different ages and places who meet and do not recognise one another. We are tricked into doubting that some of our heroes are acting for the good of all. It’s a massive story arc and is still not finished. Some of the characters are very easy to become involved with and one or two I’d like to slap!
The author weaves world mythologies together into a fascinating fabric, although I sometimes find myself lost as to which world or time people are acting in. It’s an ambitious piece of fantasy writing and I always enjoy it. The only downside is that unless you’ve followed the Glass Apple series to this point, you will not be able to make anything of the happenings here. If you’re an addict – you’ll be in Fantasy Heaven!
