This review is from: CamSmart® Pro DSLR RL Hand and Shoulder Video Rig Mount Movie Kit for DSLR Cameras and Camcorders (RL-02) (Electronics)
This is a pretty decent shoulder rig and is easy to balance the camera well, it does take a bit of setting up to get the rods set up just how you want them. my only gripe is that it is very front heavy, I use a Nikon D300s with battery grip and quite a weighty 28-70mm lens most of the time and the balance wants to bring the camera down in a nose dive. there are screw threads and a velcro belt on the shoulder cushion to add weights to counter balance this however. But I don't think this would be enough to balance it out again if you had the added barn doors and follow focus adapter attached as well.

Worth the money though

All rigs of this type are front heavy that is why a counter wait is recommended. : )
