Excellent sound isolation,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)

I bought these headphones as I work in a busy office, and concentrating on your work can be a challenge when there's a constant chatter going on around you.
The headphones arrived well packaged and with a nice carry case that allows you to carry the headphones and the many spare earpieces that come with them. I expected to find these fiddly to change when trying to find a good fit, but as long as you grip them firmly and twist then they come off quite easily - the twist is the key. Once you've found the correct size earpiece then the headphones are very comfortable, and I've had no discomfort wearing them for a couple of hours at a time.
Once their in you'll notice an immediate drop in background noise, but it's once the music starts playing that you'll really appreciate them: with even a moderate amount of volume you immediately lose all external noise - to the point where you can watch the lips of a colleague talking to you and not catch even the slightest bit of what they are saying. Their sound quality is also very good: I'm no headphone expert, but I could find no hint of hiss or boom, and I found myself noticing the deeper background of songs that I'd never noticed before, even when listened to on a good quality stereo system. This means you can suddenly rediscover music that you'd become familiar with, which is mostly a good thing, but it does pinpoint the weaknesses of some music you might have thought beyond reproach before.
If you want a set of headphones that give great music quality and, more importantly in my case, excellent noise isolation, then I would definitely recommend these headphones.
