No in-depth coverage, but good for what it is.,
This review is from: Basque-English, English-Basque Dictionary and Phrasebook: Spoken in France and Spain (Hippocrene Dictionary & Phrasebook) (Paperback)
Seeing as only 25% of the Basque Country speak Basque, and all Basque speakers population also speak Spanish, I personally don't see the point in learning a few set phrases of Basque for holiday usage. However, if one wants to do that and nothing more, this could be the right book.
The English-Basque-English dictionary hovers between basic and sufficient, the "holiday phrases" section is extensive. The grammar section is so basic that I fail to see the point of it.
The book could be useful on short trips/holidays to the Basque Country, but if you want to learn the language seriously, look elsewhere.

You seem to have forgotten that three Basque provinces are in France, so it is highly unlikely that native Basque speakers there also speak Spanish. You could also consider the use of this book when visiting Miami and similar places where there are Basque commumities.
