Great premise.. dispointing story,
This review is from: Pleasure of a Dark Prince (Immortals After Dark 9) (Paperback)
I have a start off that I am a huge fan of KC and I usually give her 5 stars on any thing she do. I just received my copy last Friday and I wolfed down this book. I still didn't finish the last bit in it but I am already disppointed. the story is writting in her usual qulity but I didn't feel the charceters. Lucia and Garth story is like a bridge to other part of the seris but not main part of it. I found it hard to get into it and the charecters 2 diminshal. I will still buy her books but i need to waite and see other ppl comments before I do that anymore. I expacted better from her.

M. E. Sutton says:
I fully agree with you. I much prefer her other books in the series. I didn't feel that the characters were well developed and their relationship didn't work. I couldn't feel the love and attraction that was being developed between them. I think it was too much action, allot of it hurried and the love story got lost amongst all the action and other things that was going on.
