Excellent for those of us who are looking for a tranquil inner world without all the noise of getting there. Having said that, Michael Brown, bless him, uses a lot of words to tell us the who, what, where, when and then the why of using the presence process.
Until you start the twice daily breathing practice over a sustained 10 weekly period in the first instance, it is unimaginable how much dedication is needed to complete the commitment. I have yet to do so.
My challenge to others thinking about buying this book is to ask themselves the question - how difficult is it to simply breath in a certain way for at least 15 minutes twice daily?
It is a wonderful process - but not for everyone.
