I typically like cheap keyboards, and this one feels fine to me. What's more, it has all of the keys I use regularly in their right places, which not all keyboards do, I've been using one prior to this with a half size backspace key, and I kept missing it, the backspace key on this one is as it should be.
A wrinkle to be aware of, apparently the thing to do is plug this in while Windows is running, so it is detected at that time, other wise, when you come to log in Windows might not recognise the keyboard (which is because it's a USB device and the drivers aren't yet loaded, nothing to do with the particular keyboard at all). If that happens, on Vista you can select the on-screen keyboard from the usability options, which are available before you log in, and enter your password on that with your mouse, then go into control panel\keyboards and look around, which "found it" for me.
This has served well for some months, but now it's just gone seven months and several keys are beginning to stick, the first began to be troublesome a month or two ago, and now it's become annoying. I suppose for the money it's not that unfair, but it's not a huge bargain with this level of durability.
