I bought this game as a novelty because it looked fun racing round rollercoaster style tracks with loops and jumps and everything else.

But it's so much more and I can hardly put it down.

Without playing online you'll be playing this game on your own (although two people can play on the same pc) but this game is just as addictive playing against your own best time 'ghost'.

Online you'll find a whole community (if that's your thang) where you can race other people and download tracks and even different skins (paintjobs) for your cars! (whoever did the Dukes of Hazard sking for the American style car, it's brilliant).

As you progress in the game you get 'coppers' which let you by track parts to build your own courses inone of the three environments (snow with 4x4-style car; desert with an American style muscle-car; countryside with a rally-style car).

It's engrossing. The type of game you say 'just one more try' for about 3 hours with (trust me, I've done it).
