A great update,

If you thought the original book was great, this update is even better. The basic principles remain the same - losing weight is not about eat less, do more but eat naturally, move naturally.
With additional information about why the calorie theory is wrong and a much clearer Q&A section, this book is worth getting even if you already own the original book and if you don't it will open up a much better way to take control of your eating & your weight.
