Quite good, could be better,

This review is from: Merriam-Webster's Italian-English Translation Dictionary (Italian Edition) (Kindle Edition)
Firstly, this can be used as a Primary Dictionary in your Kindle. Once you have set it up as such, and started to read something in Italian, you can move to a word using the 5-way controller and it provides you with the English translation. It copes with conjugations of verbs, taking you to a translation of the infinitive (unfortunately it does not tell you what tense or person the word you are looking at is in) and, for nouns, copes with genders (for instance highlighting piccola gives you piccolo and its translation). Unfortunately it cannot cope with pronouns attached to verb infinitives - it doesn't even try to translate "chiederla" for instance. Nor can it cope with "l" before a word - l'accaduto for example. Again, it does not even try to translate this.
However, for the price it is quite good, and as such is recommended.
Edit: I have changed this from a 4 star to a 3 star review, as a better dictionary has come along. An Electronic Italian Dictionary (Electronic Dictionaries)
Whist this new dictionary has exactly the same problems that I highlight above ("l" before a word and pronouns attached to verb infinitives) it is a vastly bigger dictionary (14MB as opposed to 1.1MB) with many more translations available. As the new dictionary still has faults I can only give it 4 stars out of 5, and as it is better than this one, I needed to reduce the score of this one from 4 to 3 stars.
