Nearly half the content is not what the title suggests!,
This review is from: The Art of Photoshop for Digital Photographers (Paperback)
It is surely reasonable to assume that a book entitled "The Art of Photoshop" and subtitled "From Image Capture To Art" should be about just that. So why are the first 135 pages nothing to do with either Photoshop or artistic imaging but just a rudimentary introduction to photography including: camera basics, the importance of using a tripod, depth of field, exposure, rule of thirds, etc? Oh and not forgetting a boring tale of how the author nearly lost his suitcase! The rest of the book may be useful, but for me far too much is off-subject.
