Fantastic MODERN Greek cookbook,

Having just arrived yesterday, I spent the next couple of hours reading this book from cover to cover. Lets not be mistaken (like the previous reviewer!) this is Modern Greek cookery. It even says that in the title!!! So if you are looking for a Moussaka recipe, forget it.
The recipes are beautifully laid out, very easy to read, with great 'tips/notes' on every page to give the reader more instruction or explanation about ingredients and techniques. Don't be mistaken, many of the recipes involve a number of processes, but the majority are within reach of a confident home cook.
I am now off to the shops to stock up on Ouzo, Attiki honey & Kadaifi pastry!!!
