Rollicking page turner!,

This review is from: El símbolo perdido (Spanish Edition) (Kindle Edition)
Dan Brown translates well into Spanish. His style is racy. He avoids prolixity. So the translator has had to find a way of avoiding those long Latinate words, which can often be "false friends."
To give a feeling of pace and immediacy, the translator has had recourse to more colloquial expressions, which stops one instantly translating into English. So read with your Spanish hat on! Never translate. Try to think in Spanish. And this novel will help you do so. It did me. But the big thing is its a "rollicking page turner." You are motivate to read on, despite the occasional semantic hiccup.
I would say suitable for advanced students with a Kindle Fire with the hover dictionary.
