P1$$ed off with Amazon,

I'm delighted Amazon have provided me with this facility to communicate with them, as they do not seem to have provided one whereby I can complain about the loony emails I have been receiving from a seller in response to a previous negative review.
This seller first tried to bribe me by offering the book and postage free if I removed my negative comments and, when I declined, then proceded to tell me all about their poor domestic circumstances and how my review would damage them and possibly reduce them to further poverty. When I told them to put this to music to keep Cliff Richard off the Christmas Number 1 spot, another member of this Adams Family then emailed to apologise and tell me that somebody unauthorized had been emailing me !
I'd like to know what Amazon will do about this carry-on please.
