This review is from: Skin Game (The Dresden Files, Book 15) (Kindle Edition)
The next installment of The Dresden Files follows the same pattern of the previous books. It's been about a year from the events of the last book and Harry is then approached by someone to take on a task he doesn't want to do but ends up with no option but to do it. He also gets his friends involved which (as usual) he also doesn't want but has no choice, and he gets quite badly injured (as usual) but still manages to pull through to take on enemies with far more power and experience. During the book a friend gets seriously injured and/or killed (as usual) and of course Harry often worries that he is turning into a monster himself. If you enjoy the Dresden files you will enjoy this book as it is more of the same with plenty of action and statutory film quotes we've come to expect from the series. There is plenty to keep you wanting to read more but I think many will have noticed by now that the plot is getting repetitive.
