This review is from: Ratcatcher (John Purkiss Book 1) (Kindle Edition)
There is a long list of fine writers of action and suspense. Tim Stevens isn't on it. There are too many, 'and with one bound he was free,' moments, usually when Purkiss (silly name) is about to be killed and his sidekick - who we last saw incapacitated, again - shoots the bad guy - with an AK 74 (he's trying to be clever by not refering to the 47). And there's a Blackhawk helicopter traded on the black market; really? Didn't he think the Americans or the Israelis (or whoever) might've missed it? There's suspending disbelief and there's plain silly....At least it was a free download.
