Check your router set-up first!,
This review is from: Epson Expression HOME XP 215 Colour Multifunctional Printer (Personal Computers)
I must admit I was wary at first about the wireless setup of this device. It seemed several people have had problems setting it up - and some seem to have given up entirely! However, I persevered and bought the product and thought I should post this to balance things up.
It was completely true that having unboxed and loaded the printer up with ink that it did not connect first time to my router following the instructions provided. I have never set up any wireless products before using WPS discovery buttons, I've always just searched for networks on the device itself. However, this model has no front panel screen so you don't have that choice. So wasn't really sure why it didn't work - should surely just be plug and play? This was one of those 'oh, here we go' moments...
However, I loaded up my router (Technicolor TG582n) control panel on my web browser and found an option under 'Easy Wireless Setup' to 'Start WPS'. I have to admit, I thought WPS was already enabled given the light on the WPS button on the router, but apparently not! Once this was clicked, followed the instructions through and printer connected straight away. No need to buy the USB lead mentioned by others.
Other than that - printer is good quality and everything works just fine (including Windows 8 app you can download from the store).
So in my experience, don't be put off - and it might just be your router rather than the printer itself causing any problems!

I set this up at home and after 2 days I realised the big round blue light on my router was a wps button, 2 second press and wifi was connected. Took it to step daughters and looked for wps button on her sky+hd box and there wasn't one. Used my old Vista laptop and the installation disc and it set wifi straight away.(no usb lead) so it is worth persevering.
