An enjoyable workout,
This review is from: Davina - High Energy Five [DVD] (DVD)I'd never bought any of Davina's DVD's in the past so I took a bit of a chance with this one, but its definitely paid off!
Its split into 5 sections which are aerobics, legs, abdominals, pump and boxing. They advise you to do 2 sections back to back along with the warm up and cool down so a full workout will take about an hour. The warm up and cool down are very effective, and the legs section (although pretty tough) is my favourite as you can really feel the burn!! The music featured is really up to date too which makes makes it more enjoyable.
I normally do legs plus one other section, and put Davina's intro on in between to give me a bit more motivation!
Overall i'm really happy with this DVD, as it can be as varied as you want it to be and you can see that even Davina gets tired and sweaty which makes you feel better! She also throws in funny comments along the way to take your mind off it!
