I was looking for a 2nd phone which was smaller than my existing phone so I could fit it better in jeans pockets etc.
But to keep my old phone as my normal phone.
So many of the phones are either huge or small but low spec.
After much searching I found this phone - small for the size of screen and incredibly thin.
Since it arrived last week I was so impressed with it I've kept it as my main phone and put the old phone in retirement.
Its thin but not flimsy - has a nice solid feel about it despite its small size.
The screen is great - so sharp and bright. Great natural colours - unlike some screens with their overblown artificial colours.
And its snappy - I have no issues of lag or slowness at any time. I should say I use my phone mostly for emails, internet, phone calls and texting. I very rarely play games so can't comment on that side of things.
I actually like the Huawei skin and Android modifications. Lots of useful tools and features. Especially the profiles feature which lets me easy switch from outdoor to sleep mode with ease. When I'm out I use the outdoors mode but the rest of the time the phone is in sleep mode. I've had the phone last up to 4 days on one charge but realistically if you use the phone a lot but not for games or GPS then I guess 2 days. Games and GPS would probably run it down in a day.
The GPS is amazing too - incredibly quick to find my location from cold switch on.
The phone also looks great - understated cool. And fits much better in my pockets.
For the way I use smartphones this is pretty much perfect for me.
The only time I'll use my old phone ( Motorola Razr Maxx ) is when I need massive long battery life - such as driving 8 hours and using the GPS navigation - I've not tried it but I suspect the Huawei won't last that long - whereas the Motorola Razr Maxx battery just keeps on going.

Mr. Szilard Szilvasi says:
have you had any problem with the gps because mine is jumping around my real location and inaccurate all the time.
The repair centre wasn't able to fix it. this is the 3rd time I am sending back...
