Muchas Gracias for the lesson.,
This review is from: A Trick I Learned from Dead Men (Hardcover)
Muchas Gracias to my sister
and Ms Aldridge for gifting me the chance to live the Trick in the title.
Not so much how to hold onto life, but how to be Patient or live in Patience.
Thought this book was a bit of slick and slight chick lite,
but it wouldn't allow me to get away with a skim read and took me
into its very life lesson to know the currents of Patience.
I had to be Patient.
It all sort of came together at the 3 quarter mark.
Very moving, and deep, displaying the reality of life we all share in.
Reading in the car-park waiting for the children's movie to finish I
had Robert Sardello's commentary on the virtue of
Patience to hand where he describes Patience as
experience-able as "the dynamic of felt life flowing between the polarities of dying and regeneration.
I found myself induced into this current or dynamic as a result of reading
this book and felt very peaceful. Thank you.
