A powerfully written continuation into Lilith's realm,
This review is from: Psychonaut (Starblood trilogy Book 2) (Kindle Edition)
I received this book from the author for an honest review.
After reading Starblood where we were introduced to a group of goth friends whose lives are entwined with the Queen of the Demons Lilith, I was anxious to see where the Author went with book two in the trilogy, Psychonaut. I wondered if I would be as moved with this second story as I was in the first. Well book two surpassed my expectations. The tragic story continues right where the other book ended, as we travel with Satori as he makes his way back home after burying his beloved Star in a shallow grave where she took her own life. Not willing to believe she is dead, he makes it his sole purpose in his devastated life to find her in Lilith's realm Binah save her, and bring her back with him to malkuth also known as Earth. But Satori's path is constantly hampered by having to do mundane things like be awake and eat so when Detectives arrest him on suspicion of murder it causes his astral travels to be blocked. But he isn't the only one who has found their way to Hod, both Freya and Donna find themselves in this mystical land as well, one in search of Lilith, the other in search of her life. Amazing story filled with suspense, intrigue, demonic entities, and a few Gods, this story will have you gripped right from the start.
