Karcher window vac holster belt,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Kärcher Window Vac Holster Belt (DIY & Tools)
This seems quite well made but the design could have been better. The most obvious point is that the holster is sewn onto the belt and so cannot be moved. This means that anybody who wanted to have it hanging on their left side (eg a left-handed user) would end up with the buckle somewhere behind their back.
I mainly bought this for use when on a ladder - I'd prefer not to climb with something in one hand. This gives two conflicting requirements. The first is that the tool should be easy to fit into the holster using one hand. That's catered for by the mouth of the holster being held open by some sort of stiffener. The other is that the tool should be secure when being carried and the user should be able to be confident of that. Mine feels a bit precarious in use, although I've not actually lost it out of the holster. I think that if the holster had been an inch or two deeper, the tool would have felt less likely to topple out.
