In the first week of March 2014 I could only do 1/2 a pull up, just under a month latter I can now do 3 pull ups,training 2 to 3 times a week, as the author say's you need to give your back a rest at least for a day or two to recover after training. I've been doing weight training since I was 19 on and off (I'm nearly 50) and have never thought of doing pull ups or back exercises!
But I just love doing pull ups and I hope to do 5 consecutive pull ups by the 2nd month
