Amazon Verified Purchase(What is this?)

I have had this book for less than a week and already made several of the items in it. it is clear,easy to follow and does not require me to spend my time searching for little known ingredients.
A previous review said the book was 191 page of bread and the rest cake but it should be made clear that it is pages of bread products, including crumpets and pastries etc, not just loaves.
I am so pleased with it and look forward to the next one...?

I have just borrowed hard back edition from library and agree it's very good - I loved the rye bread and the scones made with strong flour. i think the step by step photos are helpful and would like more of them. But the printing in the copy I have is awful with little swirls and circles over every letter 's - st - and c' which is quite annoying . Has anyone else had this experience or has the library just been sold a dud copy?
