Product not as Advertised,
This review is from: DURAGADGET Executive Multi-Angle Leather Case with Stand and Screen Protector for Apple iPad1 - Pink (Accessory)
This product is advertised as a Duragadget Executive case. That is not what I received. First it is not the product shown - there is no popper/catch on the top to stop the ipad falling out - in fact there is no popper/catch at all. Secondly, there is no where to keep paper on the inside cover (as advertised). Thirdly, this one has a pen holder inside - the proper Duragadget Executive case does not. Fourthly, the black base for the stand is smaller. These may be minor points but they are not selling what they are advertising!! I think this is a cheap imitation and the fact there is no catch to stop the iPad falling out is very bad as this is a critical feature of the case!! I would send back but unfortunately, it was ordered as a birthday present. Not happy.

Mr. A. Hogben says:
Dear customer - i'm afraid you have purchased a "copy" of our case from a dishonest seller "piggybacking" on our advert. "Dylens Den" were removed from our advert and amazon informed of a breach of our IP rights.
If you still have your invoice you should find the case did not come from Gadgetsplusuk. Unfortunately Amazon offer no defence from this happening which has negative effects on customers and sellers alike.
If you could, could you email a photo of the case to "email@example.com" and put FAO Adam in the subject line, i will be able to confirm the above and you can raise the issue with Amazon. You should be able to get your money back atleast.
