4.0 out of 5 stars Great Set of Filters, 25 Aug. 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: Zeikos ZE-FLK52 52mm Professional MULTI-COATED Glass Filter Kit UV Polarizer Flourescent (Electronics)
I was sceptical about buying these 'unbranded' filters for my new Nikon D3100 but, after reading other reviews about them I decided to take the risk and buy them, as they are significantly cheaper than the 'big name' ones. Not only are they perfectly usable by the came in a mini case, that will protect them in my camera back. Contrast this will some Hoya filters also bought recently, that came in separate plastic cases, which although protecting the contents, did not travel well through the post and are rather clumsy to use. The filters themselves are OK but no better than the ones under review and pro rata they cost quite a bit more.

It's hard to get too excited about these minor camera accessories but a lot of thought has gone into how they are to be kept in pristine condition. All in all a great buy.

Hello, fits mine perfectly!. The 18-55mm lens I have is a Nikkor AF- S DX 18-55m 1:3.5-5.6G VR, which has as 52mm ring. If your lens is different and does not have a 52mm ring, then sadly, won't fit. Suggest you double check your lens and if necessary return the filter kit for a refund and re-order filters that will fit the size of your lens. It's not likely that it will be more than 55mm ring but may be as small as 49mm ring - you will need to check out the specs of your lens - the Nikon website should give you all the details that you need. As a last resort, you could buy the specific Nikon filter as recommended by Nikon but, be prepared to pay through the nose!

Hope this helps.S
