I bought these beautiful boots a year back in a Clarks store. The lady behind the counter promised me that they would last at least 3-4 years. After about 2 months of wear, one of the zips came loose. Thinking this might just be one off, I had the zip replaced(which cost an additional 27 pounds, mind) and everything was fine for another 2 months when the other zip did exactly the same. I went to the store to complain this time, but was told they would do nothing to replace it as it would ruin the material. I pointed out that the other boot had already had the same treatment and was fine, so again I had to pay to get the zip replaced. If you are prepared to spend an extra 4 weeks waiting and 50+ pounds to have the zips replaced, I say go for it, as they are comfy boots and pretty to wear, though not worth 180 in my opinion. Amazon might be more courteous if you complain to them though.
