Great Book on Flexibility,

Flexibility is not only a very beneficial thing for martial artists but for everyone. I have a number of books written by Master Sang H. Kim and I find them always very instructive.
This book offers explanations into not only how to do certain exercises (with photos) but also WHY.
Another title for this boo could have been "Yoga for Martial Artists", as it does offer lots of exercises familiar to anyone doing yoga.
I sue this as a defence book for my own flexibility workouts. The dvd that he does is also very instructive.
