F1 must-have of the decade,
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This review is from: F1 2013 Classic Edition (Xbox 360) (Video Game)
I could (almost) forgive Codemasters their ruining Grid 2 on the strength of my first 20 minutes playing this fabulous addition to the marvellous F1 series. I'd pay the full price just for the 12 Classic cars & 4 Classic tracks! The only thing I could find fault with is the minimal collision effects - a hangover from 2012. I look forward to seeing rain streaming horizontally at 200mph...PS if anyone can tell me how to get the full fuel/tyres/brakes on the FANATEC Porsche wheel, I'd be overjoyed.

My excitement got the better of me! Corrections: there are 11 cars, and the Classic racing is more like a Goodwood Revival, as the game AIs use the given cars from the whole decade - so retro racing is not on offer, unless you concentrate on beating the rivals in your year, and ignore the others. Still worth 10 stars without the very beautiful and (so far) much-improved 2013 game... PS is there a suitable alternative to my ageing Microsoft Force Feedback wheel (now held together with brass rod & duct tape)?
