Customer review from the Amazon Vine Programme (What's this?)
It's hard to know what to say about a data cable. It doesn't have a plot, and there is nothing visual or interactive about it.
But as a cable, it is very well made. Well-wrapped, obviously packed with wiring and shielding, and thick enough to remind me of good old-fashioned "Thick" Ethernet cables. There is a reason for this - this cable includes computer networking facilities as well as video and audio signals.
I connected my HP laptop to my Sanyo 32" TV, and the list of devices instantly included "32" TV" along with the printers, etc. The picture on the TV was perfect (if a little over-sized, which I blame on the TV) and better than the same display appeared on the laptop screen.
The cable was a very good connection, and sound from my laptop sounded very good on the TV speakers, as I would have expected. I haven't tried any other HDMI devices with the cable, but when I upgrade to Blu-ray in the near future , that's what this cable will be linking in the longer term.
As I would have expected, this cable delivers good video, sharp images, and excellent sound.
