Probably the best on the market....,

This is a program for people who take their fitness seriously. I have used several dvd programs over the past few years, and I would regard this as the most challenging I have come across so far.
If you haven't used a David Kirsch program before, be aware he uses signature moves - usually basic moves, with bells on basically. I would advise you watch the program through first.
This program comprises several parts. The pre core program and core program are essentially cardio sculpting pieces. He uses a combination of impact moves such as jumping jacks (so be aware if you have problems with any of your joints, or are prone to stress fractures as I am), with strength exercises such as lunges, push ups etc. He also uses shadow boxing routines with light dumbells. The use of the stability ball is key - and makes many of the exercises extremely challenging - especially the plank movements. The pace is quite relentless, and you will have a sense of achievement if you get through it.
The fitness test will give you a good indication as to whether you should go straight into the core program or build up with the pre core program first.
The two supplementary workouts, - upper and lower body - are designed to be used alternately with the core program. These exercises are pretty advanced, but you definately will get results quickly.
This is not a program for beginners - if you are a beginner, I would advise using his one on one programs first, as they introduce you quite well to the moves he uses.
A very, very good program for intermediate exercisers. And it will make you feel an awful lot better once you've done it....
